Insurance Information for Townhouse #4 Delta
As stated in our Bylaws, owners are responsible for purchasing insurance policies insuring their resident unit contents and their liability for any losses below the deductible amount.  
THA #4’s deductible amount is $25,000 for general loss and 15% for earthquake damage.
