‘A Place to Call Home’

This page is for prospective residents who are interested in learning more about the inner workings, legal documents, and history of Townhouse #4.

There are five townhouse associations in Summerfield, and each have a self-governing association with elected officers/board members who are residents. We are all under the umbrella of the Summerfield Civic Association and those CC&Rs and governing documents.

Effective November 18, 2020, we have a New Buyer's fee which will be equal to six (6) months of the regular association monthly assessment on whatever unit is being purchased.  This is in place as of the date of closing of the purchase of the Property.  The New Buyer's Fee Assessment is the personal obligation of the purchaser, new title holder, or transferee of the Property.
