This is Townhouse #4's "in house" landscape form.  Use this to request simple changes our landscape maintenance contractor can do on the day he's on site.  Two copies, please.

Townhouse #4 Architecture (& Landscape) Signature Page

This is Townhouse #4's Signature Page, which is for anything you want to do that might obstruct your neighbors' views of the golf course.  It must be signed by our townhouse architectural chair (and possibly our landscape chair, depending on the project) before it can be turned in.  Please print this page and provide two copies.

SCA Architectural & Landscape Change Form

A Summerfield Civic Association's Change Form must be signed by our townhouse landscape or architecture chairs (depending on your project) before it can be turned in.  Please follow the link and print the page and provide two copies of your submission.
